Emily Grantz (they/them) co-founded their consulting business in 2022, after witnessing how many organizations were still struggling with the shift to remote work. Together, Emily and Cassie Schmitt built a small Tacoma-based consultancy that helps businesses improve their meetings and remote work culture. Emily has experience with slowly growing a business while working. Emily has deep expertise in different styles of facilitation and believes that facilitation skills are crucial for every entrepreneur!
